The Factory Reset adds deep extraction, clay bar decontamination, engine bay detailing, leather conditioning, odor treatment, and a protective sealant on top of everything in the Basic Reset. It's a full-day job designed to transform a neglected vehicle, not just refresh a maintained one.

It includes a spray ceramic sealant for paint protection. For a long-term professional ceramic coating (3–7 years), that's a separate service with full surface prep. However, the spray ceramic in the Factory Reset provides excellent protection for 3–6 months.
Yes — the soil multiplier applies to all services. A heavily soiled vehicle requires more time and product, so a 1.75× multiplier applies. We always tell you the adjusted price before starting.
