Illinois law requires front side windows to allow at least 35% of light through (35% VLT). Rear side windows and the rear windshield can be any VLT. We always tint within legal limits and can show you samples at each shade level before you commit.
Film is fully cured within 3–5 days. During that time, don't roll down tinted windows — the adhesive needs time to bond fully. You may notice small water bubbles during curing; these disappear as the film dries.
